Common questions

Where can I find my operator manual?

Use the registered-customer support portal. The public downloads page contains brochures and application notes; operator manuals may require portal registration.

Can PTS repair or calibrate older equipment?

PTS offers repair and calibration services for its own instruments, including older models. Contact technical support with your model, serial number and a description of the work needed.

How long is the warranty?

The published support information gives a minimum one-year warranty, with three years on many products. Confirm the warranty for your specific model and quotation.

Can I change the number of outputs or connector type?

Many models offer configurable outputs and connectors. Available combinations depend on the instrument; send your requirements to PTS for confirmation.

What if I lose the GNSS signal?

Behaviour depends on the reference and configuration. GNSS-disciplined rubidium systems can operate in free-run mode. Review the model brochure for holdover and free-run specifications.
